Yoga and Outdoor Experiences
We include yoga in some of our outdoor experiences for very good reason. It's a wonderful way to reconnect with nature, calm the mind and relax the body. Below gives you an idea of the types of experiences we've done since I started Adventures for the Soul in 2019.
