Soothing Walks
These are not just any old walks. They're designed to give you extra headspace away from the craziness of the world 'out there'. You'll leave feeling different from the person you left at home earlier.
We don't focus on the destination. It's more about enjoying the walk as you go along. Noticing the beauty of nature, helping you reconnect with this wonder - and yourself - once more.
These more mindful-type walks are anything up to 5 miles and over relatively gentle terrain. But there may be a few gradients and a bit of rough ground here and there. We can design a route to suit you and the group.
