Below gives you an idea of the types of experiences we've done since 2019. Any combination can be made into a bespoke experience for individuals or groups - subject to availability. We can also cater for staff wellbeing days and longer term wellness projects - subject to funding.

Dusk & dark sky events
There’s nothing quite like a starry sky to make you feel more alive and at one with the universe. It takes you away from the everyday and transports you into another world. When the skies are clear here, what you'll see will take your breath away. Your wellbeing and WOW factor will be ramped up too!
Nature experiences
We've found some amazing spots to do these events. Stunning locations where there's access to mature woodlands, and other amazing eco-systems. Activities include mindfulness outdoors, forest bathing, nature walks, calming bushcraft & sitting around campfires.
Soothing walks
Tired of being part of groups that rush from A to B and are more focused on the destination? Want to enjoy the walk as you go along and travel at your own pace? Well, here's your chance. Experience freedom in some of North York Moors' most beautiful landscapes. Slowly.
Yoga & outdoors
You can't beat a bit of outdoor yoga! We've found some lovely spots to do this too. Coupled with a nature sensory walk you'll feel amazing! We sometimes include yoga in our dark skies experiences too, but don't worry we'll head indoors if it's in the middle of winter!
