Experience
led
by Alison and hosted at High Dalby House.
What you'll do
This experience is ideal if you're feeling stretched and needing time out from the busyness of life. It's not for those who are after excitement and ticking off items on their bucket list. It's for people aged 40+ who are looking for something a bit different.
It's designed to take you away from the everyday. Give you permission to slow down. Breathe. And reconnect with this wonderful world once more.
With only 7 spaces available on this event and set in a stunning woodland location, this will feel like a mini-retreat from the the world.
You'll be able to notice your body relax and rest while moving through gentle yoga postures outdoors. Allow yourself to be nourished by nature's healing balm as you meander and forest bathe in the woods. Feel more grounded by healing earth energies.
Don't worry if you've never tried forest bathing before. It wont involve any swimming! Simply, I'll guide you through gentle activity while you pause in the woods to sit, lie and bathe in nature's bounty.
Watch your furrowed brow melt as you listen to beautiful spring bird call. Soothe your feet by walking barefoot along grassy glades. Awaken all your senses so you feel more alive and rejuvenated.
Afterwards, nourish yourself on the inside with delicious salads and food cooked on the BBQ, prepared by our hosts, Ian and Linda from High Dalby House.
In this event, you’ll take away tools you can use to help calm your mind any time you need it. But most importantly, re-discover the YOU you left behind somewhere.
Further information
The event is open to all, but please note, paths around the woodlands are NOT easy access. Although well-defined routes, there are some gradients, steps and rough ground.
