What you'll do
For many years I led yoga and walking holidays. I'm so pleased to be back offering this - with my additional loves: night walking, stargazing and forest bathing.
You're in for a real treat this long weekend. Heading into the twilight time of the year, it's a chance to let go of that 'to do' list and bring yourself back to this precious moment. Stretch your body (gently), reconnect with nature at a deeper level and embrace the dark skies above you too.
You'll learn many techniques and tools you'll be able to use in your everyday life - just where you need them. Taste wonderful food specially prepared by our fantastic cook - Andrea - who is also a brilliant nutritional therapist. Rest deeply in luxurious, comfortable surroundings where every detail has been thought of.
Above all, it's a wonderful way to share your experiences with other like-minded people which is rich and rewarding in itself.
Please note all activity is optional. You can join in or dip out as much as you like. So if you need to rest instead of walking etc, you're in the perfect place.
Here's what I've got planned for your weekend:

Walk and yoga information
There are hills, mud and rough ground on these walks, so a good basic level of fitness will make this experience more comfortable for you BUT I try to cater for all levels as best I can. Please contact me if you have any questions about this.
In terms of my yoga experience, I prefer gentle, simplicity and slow so people can take what they've learnt home. Yoga is a powerful tool when you practise regularly, so hopefully you'll learn a few things to help. Please see this page for more information on my yoga and mindfulness experience.
Here's what people have said on past yoga and walking holidays (scroll down to the bottom).
